Seymour Gutzait, 84, beloved husband and best friend of Dolores, nee Wineberg, together for 65 years, loving father of Lisa Nativ (Moshe), Andrea Pike (Steve) and Michelle Wolf (Jordan), cherished Papa to Jonathan, Jenna, Eric (Meghan), Kevin, Brian, Benjamin, Ethan and Amanda; son of the late Anna and Isador, brother to the late Bernice Goldberg (the late Sidney), the late Minnie Falco (the late Sol) and the late Marsha Rosen (Danny). He loved traveling with Dolores and friends, serving clients, and sharing a good joke. Chapel service Wednesday 10:30 at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org. Sy & Delores in 2000 at my mom & dads 50th anniversary party. John Centanni

You were a great old-school guy and I always enjoyed talking with you.
You and Delores (your boss-lol) were made for each other. You the carefree type and Delores the one that ruled with an iron fist. Linda and I will definately miss your sense of humor. You were always upbeat -even when I visited you in the hospital when you were at your worst.
Take care buddy and you will be missed.
